Community Living for the Elderly, LLC. a licensed 15-bed residential care facility for the elderly located on 22 Mays Way, has been sold by Miklos Toth and Carol Jaworski to Tamworth Community Living, Inc.
The sale, completed effective July 1, makes Community Living for the Elderly part of a family of several similar facilities operating in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
The transaction was brokered by New Hampshire Business Sales based in Pembroke. Financing was provided by Wells Fargo. Dr. Didier Watsop will operate Community Living for the Elderly as well as the group’s other assisted living facilities. Dr. Watsop looks forward to preserving the good reputation that Community Living for the Elderly has had for more than two decades of service.
Miklos Toth and Carol Jaworski successfully operated the home for over 9 years, noted Gilbert Oriol, Business Intermediary who coordinated the sale along with John Howe, co-owner of NHBS.
